TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The company means Munfrid Styles (GB) Ltd.
The customer shall mean any persons, firm, company or organisations to which the company agrees to sell goods.
The goods shall mean any items purchased from Munfrid Styles subject to the matter of the contract as described in these conditions and if appropriate on the face of the company's acknowledgement of order form.
The works shall mean all works of supply and fit of the goods (and any part thereof) the subject matter of the contract as described in these conditions and if appropriate on the face of the company's acknowledgement of the order form.
All our clothing under go a quality and final inspection check prior to being dispatched. No time guarantees are given on any clothing.
The company reserves the right (without prejudice to any other remedy) to cancel any uncompleted order or to suspend delivery in the event of the customer commitments not being met.
OWNERSHIP - Retention of title
All products are the property of the company until payments are made in full. The compnay reserves the right to collect any items that are in dispute from the customer, and the customer shall remain liable only until payment is made.
Whilst every endeavour has been made to ensure the accuracy of the prices quoted, no responsibilty can be accepted for any error or omissions. Prices are subject to alteration without notice and are exclusive of V.A.T. carriage and Insurance.
Any accounts outstanding beyond our credit terms of reference will be passed to our Debt Collection Agency and will be subject to a surcharge to cover the cost incurred: such accounts will be subject to any other costs incurred in obtaining settlement.
All goods have to be paid in full prior to any delivery made. Goods not fully paid for will not be dispatched.
DISPATCH DATES/TIME SCALES
Any times quoted for dispatch are treated as estimates only. Whilst every endeavour will be made to meet these estimated times for dispatch, the company shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for failure to dispatch within the times quoted.
Unless otherwise specified, next day delivery is always attempted (UK customers only) but not guaranteed.
Next day orders made after 4pm will not be guranteed, they will be dispached the following day.
Any damages or shortages must be notified to Munfrid Styles within 3 days of delivery.
Any orders placed on a Friday after 2pm or on the weekend will be processed on the Monday coming up.
Please make sure you select thecorrect delivery charge box, failure to do so will delay your delivery until the correct postage has been paid.
Please ensure, when returning goods for any reason, the original invoice and your full contact details must be enclosed along with the reason for return. To ensure all goods returned are received by us, please return them via a recorded or registered delivery.(costs not covered by Munfrid Styles).
Our policy for returns of clothing and other items purchased is 14 days from the date of purchase. We cannot take any responsibility for goods damaged in the post, so please ensure they are correctly packed to prevent any damage made to them in transit. Any items showing signs of being worn will not be refunded or allowed to be exchanged for other goods.
We will take immediate action with your goods once received, and will endeavour to process your request ASAP. In some cases this may take up to 21 days so we would be grateful if you could bear with us. If you have requested a refund or replacement of a lower valued product then the refund and the difference will be refunded to your card with which you made the initial payment. We will send you a refund receipt once as soon as the refund has been paid. If you have requested a replacement of a higher value, the difference will be charged. A member of our sales team will call you to take your credit/debit card details.
All clothing returned must be in the original packaging withTAGSattached.

WARRANTIES AND LIABILTY
The company warrants that upon delivery, the goods shall be reasonably fit forthe purpose for which the customer has made known in writing to the company, and shall be in merchantable quality and shall correspond with the description with which they are sold.
(Goods may differ slightly in colour and fabric from the colour advertised on the web page).
For the guarantee period stipulated by the company in respect of each relevant product, the company shall make goods free of charge if there are any defects in the goods.
The company shall not be liable for any breach of the above warranties or guarantees: 1: Unless the customer has paid to the company all monies payable on or by the date stipulated for payment. 2: If the goods have been modified, altered or otherwise tampered with in any way other than by duly authorised representatives of the company. 3: If the goods have been subjected to misuse, neglect, carelesness, lack of maintenance, vandalism or other commotion disturbance or whatever nature whether affecting the goods directly or indirectly as a result of any such matter affecting the premises in which the goods are situated.
These conditions and the contract to which this document relates shall in all respect be constructed in accordance with English Law.
